Sorry that its been so long since I've posted. Its been a really busy summer.
If you do not know the difference between compound and recurve bows then hopefully this post will help you understand.
This bow is a compound bow notice how it has three strings and a pair of axles (cams) these allow the bow to "let off" some of the draw weight. The let off is helpful for beginner and youth archers because they don't need to be very strong to pull the bow back.
This is a simple recurve bow. Unlike compounds when you pull it back you have to hold all of the draw weight while you aim.
